Updated: Apr 6

I'm not associated with Pampered Chef and don't receive any incentives for sharing their recipes. However, I'm an enthusiastic supporter of their recipes! This week in our weekly menu, I've chosen to highlight some of them to provide you with easy, speedy meal ideas that are both delicious and visually appealing. These recipes are my go-to because they consistently impress everyone, yet they're typically ready in just 30 minutes! So, sit back, relax, and savor these delightful dishes from Pampered Chef! Enjoy! - Enjoy!

Note: You don't need the specific Pampered Chef items suggested in the recipes. While they can be helpful if you have them, regular casserole dishes, blenders, and other kitchen tools you already own will work just as well. Feel free to use what you have on hand to create these delicious dishes!

Time: 30 Minutes

Ease: Simple

Tips:

  • We like it with Brioche buns instead of flats

  • I recommend a pinch of cayenne pepper. It won't make your dish hot, but add flavor

  • Squirt the arugula with a little lemon juice for extra flavor

Time: 30 Minutes

Ease: Simple

Tips:

  • It is easy to swap the broccoli in this recipe for your favorite. We usually use spinach in this recipe.

Time: 25 Minutes

Ease: Simple

Tips:

  • If you do not have an Air Fryer you can bake this recipe. I recommend 350 degrees.

  • Bake the vegetables first ( you can swap out veggies too)

  • In the last 8-10 minutes of baking add the fish - we used Tilapia because I had it in the freezer.

  • If using an Air Fryer I would still wait to add the fish unless you have the Pampered Chef Air Fryer, I do not. I started the veggies in the air fryer and added the fish the last 8 minutes.

This is one of our favorite splurge dishes and one I usually take to picnics and covered dishes. It is gone in a flash! I was once asked if I could make this make babies so we'd have more!!

Tips:

  • This recipe calls for bacon, but you could make this vegetarian and use coconut bacon. Here is a recipe. I prefer to bake or air fry it when I cook it.

  • This recipe calls for canned pizza crust, but you can make your favorite one or use your favorite pizza dough from the store.

Time: 30 minutes

Ease: Simple

Tips:

  • The recipe lists Southwestern Seasoning as one of the ingredients. If you don't have it on hand, you can easily substitute it with taco seasoning. Alternatively, you can create your own blend by combining 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of dried cilantro, and salt to taste.
