Bringing Back Dinner is here to help you create yummy meals that make it fun to come back to the dinner table. I review recipes so you don't have to, I give you tips, and tools to make the kitchen someplace you can feel confident.
As a Health Coach I work with individuals through the principles of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition with a focus on attitude because that is usually where the true challenge is. It gives me great joy to watch a client move through this process, going from the thought/anticipation of exercising more, eating better, and having a healthier lifestyle; and then moving into the action/doing. The success of seeing themselves meet a goal they have set or desired is where attitude begins to change. I think of this journey like working in a garden, we are cultivating thoughts and yielding action.
I received my Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
My Husband and I are also Shaklee Brand Ambassadors. The Shaklee Corporation has a passion for the environment and changing the health of people throughout the world. My husband is an environmental consultant and I am a Health Coach, there couldn't be a more perfect partnership to help for us touch the lives others.
