Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fresh spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Toss in spinach and sauté until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
