Some Soup for You!


Next week is September and while it is 96 degrees here in North Carolina I know that fall is coming!! Yaasss!! My favorite seasons. This week's Menu is all about soups!


In our family, we do Soup-A-Week once the weather in consistently cool. It is a wonderful tradition! I'm always looking for new recipes, feel free to share your favorites too!


Time: 45 Minutes

Tips:

  • You can buy frozen chopped sweet potato and this is great! Keep some in the freezer and you are ready when the mood hits for this yummy soup.

  • I keep a couple cans of coconut milk on hand too. Consider it a basic cabinet ingredient.

  • Curry doesn't have to be hot. When shopping look for mild curry if don't like heat



Time: 1 Hr 20 Minutes

Tips:

This is a very easy recipe, don't skip the pistou.



Time: 30 Minutes

Tips:

To make this recipe quick and easy she uses pre-cooked chicken. If you start with raw chicking you will need to add the time it takes to pre-cook the chicken.



Time: 35 Minutes

Tips: None! I love this soup and I was previously a only eat tomato soup with grilled cheese person. Just enough to dip my sandwich in! This is one I will finish my whole bowl!!
