Time: 1 Hour

Ease: Simple

This meatless meal was a big hit! Lots of yummy noises!

Tip:

  • I keep all kinds of spices on hand, but I know not everyone does. This recipe calls for Garam Masala. If you don't have it or can't find it try using 4 parts Cumin and 1 part Allspice.

One Pan Pasta by Martha Stewart

Time: 20 Minutes

Ease: Simple

This is one of our favorite recipes and an easy go-to!

Tips:

  • You can make this your own very easily by adding things like roasted red peppers, sausage, grilled chicken, shrimp, your fav veggies... Have fun and enjoy!

  • This dish can be bland, make sure to salt well and add any spices you enjoy.

  • I added a little tomato paste - 1 Tbsp, & 2 Tbsp Pesto.

  • I used a different type of pasta and had to pull the pasta out and let the sauce finish cooking, but it worked great.

  • I also added smoked gouda cheese and parmesan.

Time: 35 minutes

Ease: Simple

Tips:

  • Gochujang is a Korean chili sauce and can be purchased in many grocery stores, including Trader Joes.

  • If you don't have coconut aminos you may use soy sauce.

  • Finish off the dish by mixing 1 tsp Gochujang with 2 tbsps mayonnaise and water to thin. Then drizzle over the dish before serving.

  • We made this on an flat electric griddle instead of baking it and it worked great, especially since my fish fillets were thin.
