Here is a look at how I'm living LEAN this week.
As I’ve been easing into my routines this week — tending my herb garden, refreshing a cozy corner of my home, and taking a few Made4 movement breaks. I’ve been reminded how much wellness is built in the small, ordinary moments. Aging well isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating a life that feels peaceful, energized, and aligned with who we’re becoming. It's important to love the person we are today even though we are making changes for the person we will be tomorrow.

🌿 L: Lifestyle: A Cozy Start to the Week
This week I refreshed my little “wellness corner” — nothing fancy, just a basket with:
my journal - Y'all know I hate journaling, but it helps!
a lavender linen spray I just made.
my protein packed snack bars
a small plant
and a cozy throw
and a cup of hot tea
a candle
It’s amazing how a tiny, intentional space can make wellness feel more inviting. When your environment feels peaceful, your habits follow.
💪 E: Exercise: The Made4 Collaboration

🥣 N: Nutrition: A Simple Post‑Workout Smoothie
Here’s the smoothie I’ve been loving after a Made4 session:

1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
A sprinkle of cinnamon
