Mmmm??? Okaayy- What is HIIT you might be asking? Let's look at it!
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, but don't let that scare you. It can be fun and rewarding! Everyone is at a different fitness level, mobility level, etc. Just jump in where you are and don't try to look like a high-powered exercise video, unless of course that is where you are personally! Just have fun!
HIIT includes intervals of exercise that drive your heart rate up followed by intervals of lower-intensity work that allow your heart rate to come back down (somewhat at least). Think of it like doing mini wind sprints with a little walking in between. If you are not very fit your heart rate may rise quickly and take longer to come back down, but over time will improve. A very fit person may have to work much harder to drive up the heart rate.

It doesn't require a long workout
