I challenge you to 7 days of eating more fresh foods!! Why? because it's good for you and that's what Wellness Monday is all about! Plus Summer starts in June and all those yummy foods are ripe and ready to enjoy! Let's dig in!


I have 7 foods for you to add to your meals this week. I'll give you a few recipes to help, but first let's talk about the benefits of each one.
