🌟Welcome to the Glow Up Challenge! Beautiful, radiant skin really comes down to a science. We’re going to talk about what causes your skin to age and lose its radiance. Even better, we’ll be learning and practicing proven ways to combat those “skin-emies” and maximize your glow! ➡ Glow Up is here to challenge your habits! Our Goals: • Get 7+ hours of sleep each night • Do your morning YOUTH® skin care routine • Do your nighttime YOUTH® skin care routine • Eat Beauty Foods: • 1 serving of berries • 1 serving of leafy greens • 1 serving orange and yellow veggies • 1 serving of omega-3-rich food or supplement • 60+ozofwater • Apply SPF We will be diving deeper into the why and how behind these habits.
