We are going to learn all about why you crave chocolate in the first place and how to get control over those intense cravings. Part of that includes making your own treats at home to indulge in instead of store-bought candy bars with junk ingredients. Here's how this will work. You will work through the steps. First, I will share some info on the science and reasons behind your cravings with a tip to help crush them. Then I will share a recipe for a healthier version of a popular chocolate candy bar.
